Boğaz kıyısında prestijli özel konut bahçesi. Korunun eteğinde konumlanmış olan villanın bahçe tasarımı gizlikik ve mahremiyet odaklı aynı zamanda deniz manzarasını kesmeyecek şekilde çalışılmıştır. Land Design Factory ile beraber tasarlanmıştır.
